Most memorable job

Beside tuition, being a Guest Services in USS is the longest job I ever held. The memories and moments there are too much to be rmb. The time when we hit the highest number of park attendance, to the moment when we were told to promote USS tickets at gsw.

And recently, we were told that there will be a cut of manpower. Somehow, I wasn't peacefully convince by the reason given thought deep down I know we ain't the only department that is being affected. But I honestly think the quality and quantity of manpower we have was enough.

There's a reason why we are guest services, we go extra mile to please the guest, we provide all types of service recovery when other ppl provoke our guest, recieving feedbacks, assist with the tickets error, escorting guest, processing and delivery sale pitch of annual pass that helps to boost sales, hospital run with all guest who are injure due to ride relation, assisting other departments on evacuation, lockers, vouchers and more.

If you realize with all the job scope listed , it's not possible to be in one man show. It require ample of teamwork to split task and perform and allow a soothing process of work. With the limited manpower that was given to, I doubt it's enough to hold for rainy days when ppl call in last min?

Feeling a little pity over this issue. I made up my mind to leave here once I found a new part time job. I ever gave up giving tuition bcos of USS, now, I seems to find it a waste .

The only thing I can hold on to this place are all the friends and memoirs that was created tgt .
